Hi fellow students , I heard that there are various software that can help with us studying ,like a tutor substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can help me with algebra ? I have never tried one before , but they shouldn't be hard to use I suppose . If anyone has such a software , I would really appreciate some more detail about it. I'm in College Algebra now, so I've been studying things like discret mathmatics and it's not easy at all.

I could help if you can be more specific and provide details about discret mathmatics. A proper software would be ideal rather than a costly math tutor. After trying a number of software I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far found . It solves any math problem from your book . It also clarifies all the steps (of the solution). You can just reproduce as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers.

I have also used Algebrator quite a few times to solve algebra assignments . I must say that it has greatly enhanced my problem solving power . You should try it out and see if it helps.
