solving college algebra problems

Hello there I have almost taken the decision to hire a math private teacher, because I've been having a lot of problems with algebra homework this year. each time when I come home from school I waste all the afternoon with my math homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not completely sure if a math private teacher is worth it, since it's so expensive , and who knows, maybe it's not even that good . Does anyone know anything about solving college algebra problems that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding evaluating formulas,matrices or cramer’s rule? Any ideas will be valued.

Extra classes are no better than taking your routine classes. If you have a doubt, you need to makes an effort to get rid of it. I would not suggest tutoring, but would ask you to try Algebrator. It will surely solve your problem concerning solving college algebra problems to a large extent.
