solving linear equations matlab congruences

I have a number of problems based on solving linear equations matlab congruences I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our teacher has asked us to solve them out ourselves and then explain them to the whole class. I reckon that I will be chosen to do so. Please help me!

You can find numerous links on the internet if you google the keyword solving linear equations matlab congruences. Most of the information is however designed for the people who already have some know how about this subject. If you are a complete novice, you should use Algebrator. Is it easy to understand and very useful too.

Thanks for the detailed instructions, this sounds great . I wished for something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can really explain me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can understand it and next time solve it on my own, not just copy the answers . Where can I find the program ?
