solving compound inequalities

Hello Math experts ! I am a beginner at solving compound inequalities. I seem to understand the lectures in the class properly , but when I start to solve the problems at home myself, I commit mistakes. Does anyone know of any resource where I can get my solutions checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step answer ?

If you can give details about solving compound inequalities, I may be able to help to solve the algebra problem. If you don’t want to pay for a math tutor, the next best option would be a proper program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have encountered which will show every step of the solution to any math problem that you may enter from your book. You can simply reprint as your homework assignment. This Algebrator should be used to learn algebra rather than for copying answers for assignments.

I allow my son to use that software Algebrator because I think it can significantly assist him in his math problems. It’s been a long time since they first used that software and it did not only help him short-term but I noticed it helped in improving his solving capabilities. The program helped him how to solve rather than helped them just to answer. It’s great !

Thank you, I will check out the suggested software. I have never studied with any software until now, I didn't even know that they exist. But it sure sounds cool! Where did you find the software ? I want to get it as soon as possible , so I have time to get ready for the test .

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Algebra 1 and College Algebra. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with sum of cubes, factoring and reducing fractions. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
