Hello Math Gurus! I am a novice at finding the square root of a numer. I seem to understand the lectures in the class well, but when I begin to solve the problems at home myself, I commit mistakes. Does anyone know of any website where I can get my answers checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step solution?
I know how tough it can be if you are a bit lost with finding the square root of a numer. It’s a bit hard to help without a better idea of your problems . But if you rather not get a tutor, then why not just use some program and see what you think. There are an endless number of programs out there, but one you should think about would be Algebrator. It is pretty helpful plus it is worth the money.
Hello there. Algebrator is really fantastic! It’s been months since I used this software and it worked like magic! Math problems that I used to spend answering for hours just take me 4-5 minutes to answer now. Just enter the problem in the software and it will take care of the solving and the best thing is that it shows the whole solution so you don’t have to figure out how did the software come to that answer.
Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 1 and College Algebra. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with gcf, monomials and adding fractions. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
