Hello Math experts ! I am a beginner at algebra test. I seem to understand the lectures in the class well, but when I start to solve the questions at home myself, I commit mistakes. Does anyone know of any resource where I can get my solutions checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step answer ?

Can you please be more detailed as to what sort of aid you are expecting to get. Do you want to understand the principles and work on your math questions on your own or do you want a utility that would offer you a line by line answer for your math problems?

I too have had difficulties in reducing fractions, graphing lines and complex fractions. I was told that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out several but then the finest that I found was Algebrator. Merely typed in the problem and clicked the ‘solve’. I got the answer at once. In addition, I was directed through to the answer by an easily comprehensible step-by-step procedure. I have relied on this program for my problems with College Algebra, Algebra 2 and Algebra 1. If I were you, I would without doubt go for this Algebrator.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Basic Math, Algebra 2 and College Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with algebraic signs, radical inequalities and midpoint of a line. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
