partial sums method for addition

Greetings , I am a high-school student and pretty soon I will have my exams in algebra. I was never a math genius , but now I am really afraid that I will fail this course. I came across partial sums method for addition and a few other math issues that I can’t understand . the following topics really made me panic : quadratic formula and graphing circles .Getting a tutor is not possible for me, because I don't have any money. Please help me!!

Most of the information is however designed for the readers who already have some know how about this subject. If you are a complete beginner , you should use Algebrator.
